When you click the 'Place Order' button, we send the transaction directly to the bank. We do not share those details with any third parties. Unlike giving credit card details over the phone, our online system automatically encrypts all your details using the latest SSL V3 encryption standard.
How do I add to my shopping bag?
To place an order online you need to have browsed our product departments and added items to your shopping bag. You do this within a product page, by selecting a size & colour from the drop down box, entering a quantity, then adding the item to your bag. When the product is added to your bag your shopping bag.
Member Sign In
If you are a registered member of Susan Rep Loungewear, enter your password and username to begin the checkout process using your account. This is the best & easiest way to shop with us. Checkout is faster, your order information is available to you online to track and you will receive the continuing benefits that we offer our members (ie: special free postage promotions, email updates etc).g will appear.
If you are new to Susan Rep Loungewear and don't wish to register, you can still place an order as a guest shopper within Australia only. When you enter our 'checkout' select the option 'continue as guest shopper'. This will begin our checkout process and ask you for details to complete your order (ie: address, credit details etc). By shopping as a guest, you are not remembered as a member. You will miss out on future promotions.
Postage and delivery
Your special order will take no more than 1 to 2 business days for processing. You can expect your package to arrive 2 to 6 days after it is dispatched.
We use Australia Post and Australian Air Express parcel delivery service. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. postal strike action, extreme weather conditions, etc).
We offer a flat fee for delivery of $12 globally.
Returns & exchanges
Susan Rep Loungewear creates garments of great quality and style, and we are confident you’ll love your purchase. It’s important to us that your item arrives with you in perfect condition and is a great fit, colour and style. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly exchange or refund your item provided that:
- The garment for return or exchange arrives at the address stated below within 21 days of the order being placed
- Care instructions have been followed, and the item has been properly looked after and not misused
Please note there is no exchange or return on sale items.
How to return your item
When returning your item, please enclose the receipt you received with the purchase, and a note stating the reason for the return. As we are not responsible for returned items until they reach us, we recommend you return the item via a postage method that offers you a postal tracking service.

We will then credit your original method of payment, minus the postage cost we incur for the re-delivery of the item, UNLESS goods are faulty or not as ordered.
How to exchange your item
When exchanging your item, please enclose the receipt you received with the purchase, and a note stating the reason for the exchange and the replacement size/style/colour you require. Please return the item to us at the above address.
If you are shopping outside Australia and wish to exchange or return an item, please email sales@susanrep.com to notify us and make arrangements before posting any items to us.

Product colour depictions
We have endeavoured to describe and picture our garments on this website as accurately as possible. However, please understand that when you receive your Susan Rep garment, the colour may appear slightly different to how it appears on our website. This can be due to variations in computer monitor settings, and due to the lighting of the photograph.
